WM incorporates as much as possible into the design of a site so that it is search engine friendly. While this is the first of an important step in optimizing your site for the best organic search results it is not the entire picture. Much more can be done to try to increase your page rankings. We have two programs for Search Engine Optimization.

• Program 1) One-time fee of $250 for a complete site review, submission to vertical sites and directories, acquisition of links, and page rank and monitoring for up to a year.
• Program 2) Monthly fee of $16.95 for all of the above on a continuing basis to assure that your site is receiving the maximum recognition possible for organic search results. You can continue this program for as long as you feel necessary.

WM will administer your ad program to get you to the top of search results for paid advertising on search engines such as Google and Yahoo! You give us a budget to work with and we will make sure that you get the most out of your ad dollar. We have to experience and research capability to check out what key words people are searching for and what will get them to your site for your particular market.

Cost of this program is $29.95/month for each market segment. (A market segment would involve different key word sets such as guitars for one and candles for another as each one takes its own research and set-up.)

Most search engine have programs where you can include advertising on your site so that when people stop on your site and click on an ad you can receive part of the money. WM can set up a program on your site to generate some revenue for you. The amount you receive will depend on your traffic. We can set this up for you for a one time cost of $50.

WM offers training for you to be able to administer your own site. If we have designed a site with an administration login for you, you will probably not need any training. We try to lay things out to be self-explanatory and we will answer questions on using it for no charge. This site will likely have cost more to set up but can pay off later. If you have opted for a CMS site such as a Joomla! driven site we will charge $50 an hour for as long as it takes you to know what you need. Likewise, with a site that you must maintain by editing files and uploading we will charge on an hourly basis until you have the tools you need. Obviously we do not know ahead of time how much instruction you will need as this depends on your computer skills when we start. We can say however, that a lot of instruction can take place in an hour.

Training and set-up for administering a static site will probably take a little longer but design cost is lower so overall cost may be quite comparable. For training in other areas, we would ask that you contact us and we will likely be able to help you with whatever you need.

If you choose to design a low-cost static site and want us to maintain it, we will be happy to do that. Here again, we will custom tailor to your needs. Cost for content updates or style changes is $50/ hour. If need regular updates we will bill you monthly based on usage. Minor changes should not take us long to do so it is possible that you could make up to 10 minor changes before we would reach an hour of work. We cannot predetermine costs but the point is that we will be careful with your money. We want to earn your business and respect for doing a good job at a reasonable price.
